I've always had sensitive stomach, especially after lunch and afternoon snack with gas problems. So, I researched about my condition and more about Candida, and decided to give this product a try. After taking 2 capsules morning and evening for about 3-4 weeks, I could see a vast improvement. Now I take just one capsule twice daily, but it seems to help with overgrowth of Candida.
